Guest guest
During the fast I had more energy, after the fast I had improvements due to weight loss and organ repairs and digestive rest. I have better blood sugar control and better blood pressure control and my toxicity level is much lower as witnessed by much less body odor. Water fasting is a faster method of self healing. Juice fasting, which I have not done is supposed to accomplish much the same thing. However any other type of eating or drinking of liquids other than water does not accomplish as much as quickly. That said, if you can't do a water fast due to a very toxic body, you can juice fast then water fast or water fast modified with some juice. I´m currently relying on a book called Juice Fasting 6th edition, before that I read a book by Paavo Airola, that´s where I was introduced to juice fasting and the concept of fasting in general. Can you name any major benefact you experienced after fasting, water or juice? Like a better feeling of being healthy? Higher energy level after you started eating a gain? Better clarity of mind and/or creativity? Thanks again for sharing with me your experience, Thor
