Guest guest
>i'm having 6 bottles 500ml each day......is that ok??/ > You should have 1 ounce of water for every two pounds of body weight. 6 bottles of 500 ml would be 96 ounces - which is enough water for someone who weighs 192 pounds/87 kilograms. If you are fasting, you should be drinking 3 quarts/2.8 liters each day. There is a metric conversion table at http://www.metric-conversions.org/conversion-calculators.htm to help you. Guest guest
Since my wheight is 78 kg I should be drinking 78 ounces/day which means 2,300ml . It's less than I'm having, so there is no explanation for may dry mouth, right? Guest guest
I don't know if there is any simple formula for metric, so let's do it this way... 78kg = 172 pounds 172 / 2 = 86 ounces 86 ounces = 2543 ml So, yes you are drinking more than the minimum. If you are dieting though, you do want to increase your fluid intake or eat foods with a high water content. Try eating some juicy fruits and see if that helps any. If it doesn't, I am at a loss as to what might help. _______________ Express yourself instantly with MSN Messenger!
