<div>Well, I am into the morning of my 2nd day of my

water fast.</div> <div>Not sure when I will break

this fast; I am very " aware " that I</div> <div>am

fasting, but so far, it is do-able.</div>

<div> & nbsp;</div> <div>I feel better this morning

than I did when I went to bed last night,</div>

<div>Planning on resting as much as I feel the need

today. & nbsp;</div> <div> & nbsp;</div> <div>I have

just a & nbsp;3 cigarettes left, & nbsp;then & nbsp;I am

starting my cold turkey & nbsp;quit-</div> <div>a day

earlier than planned, but my pack of smokes is almost

gone, and </div> <div>I don't want to buy anymore, so

will be starting my quit today, here shortly.</div>

<div> & nbsp;</div> <div>It will be good to know

that & nbsp;I will & nbsp;be detoxing myself </div>

<div>from the ravages of my smoking addiction. & nbsp;

</div> <div> & nbsp;</div> <div>And it will be

" interesting " to see how this water fast continues to

go,</div> <div>once I am off the cigarettes! & nbsp;

Yikes! & nbsp; Amazingly, I actually feel quite</div>

<div>calm about it - never thought I would feel this

way approaching my </div> <div>cold turkey quit,

thats for sure.</div> <div> & nbsp;</div> <div>I will

keep you posted. & nbsp; I & nbsp; may end my water fast,

once I actually start</div> <div>feeling the effects

of nicotine withdrawal; just don't know yet....</div>
