Guest guest
Hi everyone! I am really down on myself right now. I had been fasting and had lost 12 pounds. Today was day 4 and for some reason I just couldn't get myself not to have lunch. I ate and I know I need to just get right back on and get in the right state of mind to make this work, but I just can't seem to stop beating myself up. I could really use some incouraging words so I this entire day does get wasted. Thanks! Selenaisfasting
Guest guest
Dr fuhrlman will disagree with you about water fasting. fasting has been around longer than our present day doctors. fasting cures and takes away doctors customers, Hippocraties ( father of all medicine) often prescribed water fasting to cure his patients. There is literature for and against water fasting. Not all "for water fasting " is even in the libraries. 25 years ago certain books were banned from mainstream and could only be gotten from health food stores. because of the fear people taking thier health into thier own hands, I have been doing it for 20 years now. I am 47 and I am told i look 25. My health is perfect. my weight is perfect. Every check up and blood work done is perfect and they all say the same think .. what the heck are you doing. and keep up doing it whatever it is. If you feel water fasting is not for you than Never do it because for you it will do harm. Read -- Miracle Of Fasting... By Paul Bragg... its great.. Some libraries have it most dont. There is no one rule out there find what works for you. With a free 1 GB, there's more in store with Mail.

Guest guest
You can Google it and get lost of information. Here is the basics. In the morning before eating or drinking anything mix 2 teaspoons of unrefined salt in 1 quart of lukewarm water. Do not use iodized salt. Drink the full quart of salt water. You will want to be near a bathroom for the next few hours after that. , jennie spooner <jhspooner2003> wrote: > > please explaine the salt water flush step by step for me ... thanks > > > > > With a free 1 GB, there's more in store with Mail. >
Guest guest
Jennie, What kind of program have you done for the 20 years that you have been fasting? Do you do it seasonally? Monthly? Just wondering. I've been fasting off and on since I was 14 years old. (I am 46) I am always told that I have aged well too. But I am really wanting to get into a more dedicated program now. thanks! , jennie spooner <jhspooner2003> wrote: > > Dr fuhrlman will disagree with you about water fasting. fasting has been around longer than our present day doctors. fasting cures and takes away doctors customers, Hippocraties ( father of all medicine) often prescribed water fasting to cure his patients. Guest guest
sorry I am just getting to all my e-mails i have been away. My fasting changes with the wind. I eat healthy when not fasting. fruits and veggies whole grains nuts seeds bottled water. I try to fast with the change of the seasons but it doesnt always happen that way. Its hard in the winter because i get so cold . Im already thin and lower blood pressure does that. When money lets me I get a colonic for the heck of it. not because i am sick but to prevent it. Caffiene has been my devil i was off of it for a year and went back. Once i get rid of the symptoms of withdrawl... a few weeks. i feel greater then ever. so why do i always go back i dont know .. so that is my present quest.... say a prayer I can quit for good........
