Guys, sugar cane is a fruit....and juice fruit is always full of glucose, but it's ok. this is a very commom drink in tropical countries, avaiable at streets all year long. It's raw, non refined, made right away from the fruit which is sqeezed for juice. I've already used some of this in my previous fastings and it was ok. We detox every night. There is later information than his. Many people talk about detoxing with fruits. I have benifited alot with juice fasts my self. but certain ailments wont be touched with sugar in the way. Fasting and Eating For Health..DR Joel Fuhrman ... page ..9.
