Guest guest Posted January 13, 2006 Report Share Posted January 13, 2006 Hi everyone, Today is my day 4. i woke up with a very coated tong this morming so i had to brush very early, than I took a glass of Kombucha this morming at 7:30 and went back to bed. Woke up again at 11:30 took a glass of celery/apple juice because I was feeling hungry. After that it's been 1,5 liters of water, lots of bathroom trips. I didn't have bowl movement today yet, last one was yerterday afternoon. I guees it's OK. I've been reading D. Mose great book. Thanks for the tip Robert. I have to agree, it's been a great source of encouragement and knowledge. Yesterday night I had some pain on the joints. Specially knees and shouders, but this morning they were gone. i think it's because i had some inflammation problems due to computer work in 1999. Since then i've been driking lots of juice as a meal replacement, cutting meat and animal produts as much as i can and it's improving my health a lot. Thank God my husband is supporting this time. In the past he used to take my absence at the meal table as a personnal matter. Now he's got what i'm doing and don't complain anymore. Thank you all for beeing here.
