Happy New Year's Day to everyone. The first day of the fast has

finally arrived!

 

A minor glitch here. I'm doing a juice fast and the garbage disposal

has stopped working. The landlord will send somebody out tomorrow,

but in the meantime it's quite a challenge to clean the juicer! I

prefer to use freshmade juice for this, but might have to compromise

for a day. But that's okay. The important thing is to get started

and not let minor things get in the way.

 

So we're off! For those of you who are also starting today, I wish

you a wonderful first day. :-)
