Guest guest
I think it's SO important to listen to your body and stop when it feels right. The body doesn't know numbers of days - it only knows when the time is right. So anytime a person is undergoing a longer fast I think it's essential to do as you did and stop when the time is right, rather than pushing to a particular number. On my longest fast I stopped after 67 days. It was just right. Part of me wanted to go to 70, but there was no need to. The job that needed to be done at that time was completed. That's why I won't give a particular number past the ten day fast. If I continue after that I will continue until the time is right for me to stop. rachel~ <jhspooner2003> wrote: > > I stopped on the 18 day because i am already thin and i didnt want to lose any more weight and it just felt right. but my goal is 25 days one day. I just do it for health and detoxing. i got rid of my weight issues years ago with healthy eating when im not fasting..... Jennie >

Guest guest
Your body will give you indicators of when it's time to break the fast. It's hard to describe and I think it's probably different for different people. Maybe somebody else can explain better what I mean. rachel~ , " ROBERT RATLIFF " <bratliff@c...> wrote: > > What does your body say? > > Best Regards, Robert Ratliff La Chorrera De Panama
