What are the signs of stopping a fast?

I read it was the return of a clear (non white) tongue. If there are

others, please advise.

My husband is on day two of a 13-day water fast to lower his high blood

pressure.

He is feeling fine and optimistic.

We are both rawfooders.

Another way to tell is when the hunger comes back. Mine never left.

Your fast as raw fooders is usually easier

with fewer bad days. When true hunger returns was a criteria

but keep in mind

us North Americans really don't experience true hunger just withdrawal

pains and a feeling in the stomach. You've cycled off some toxin

elimination when the tongue clears but that doesnt mean all toxins are

out of your body. But these days necessity of work

and needed energy if the fast brings weakness for strenous activities

means you can stop if you need to without consequences provided you

don't binge when you return to eating and give the plumbing a day or

so to catch up. Give yourself lots of rest on the days you feel

poorly and extra sleep or naps if you can.

It has occurred to me the best use of groups like this can be

support. I did my first ones all by myself with no one to talk to.
