At least he was voiding the DDT..... you can take a series of ozone steam saunas to break up the DDT and any other organic toxins, to oxidize heavy metals, increase metabolic activity, kill germs etc... Guest guest
It sounds fake to me. Where would someone be exposed to DDT these days? Guest guest
If you eat produce from other countries, you are still getting it. The US still makes it and ships it to other countries. I believe it can stay in your system for a very long time. Carol -----Original Message----- Chris StClair [cstclr] It sounds fake to me. Where would someone be exposed to DDT these days? Guest guest
Dear Karen, Immediately. When you are done juicing the nutrients are already fading. So..., I never ever wait past 10 minutes. Remember that there are so many nutrients that waiting 10 minutes isn't taking too many of them away but I drink my fill immediately then whatever is left over I treat like a liquor and slowly drink the rest. Does this answer your question? Love, Zeb _________________________ Zeb,I know fresh is best, but how far in advance can you juice and not lose the nutritional benefits?Karen
Guest guest
Zeb, Yep. I was just hoping that I could juice enough for day or two during times when I'm busy and on the run- saving the prep and clean- up time. Doesn't sound like it. That's okay, but worth asking. Thanks, Karen herbal remedies , " Office Manager " <office@a...> wrote: > Dear Karen, > > Immediately. When you are done juicing the nutrients are already fading. Guest guest
Hi Karen, As Zeb mentioned, the nutrients are already fading fast if you juice something and then keep it a while. HOWEVER, Doc Christopher's Juice Cleanse (info in the files) does say that you can do it with bottled juices, and I have, with great results. Obviously, " fresh juice " , even if a few hours old, would be better than bottled. I'd recommend not making this too complicated for yourself. If you want to try a juice fast, go for it! Juice what you can fresh and do what you can for the other. Guest guest
Kelli, Wow - you had a radical change there girl! LOL Very brave and determined you were. Good deal! I've done the Master Cleanse twice last year. I lost weight the first time and kept it off. The second time, a month later, I lost weight but it came back rapidly over 2 days (as fat) once I started eating again. The second time I came off the diet right, but went to a Reiki Retreat that weekend and wasn't cooking for myself- which is always dangerous for me. I wasn't hungry on the fast, but was missing solid food. Oops! (I exercised through each fast.) That's made me weary of fasting again. So, I hope the Total Body Cleanse will help me lose a few more pounds and re-set my body to a lower set-point. Hate those set-points, they're hard to break. Otherwise, I'll try the Master Cleanse again in about two months after the TBC. Karen herbal remedies , " Kelli Bever " <kelli@c...> wrote: > > You go!!! That's fantastic! Guest guest
Hi Karen, Yes, I did change radically! LOL! I've " cheated " a couple times but each time I've had a very bad food hangover and now I know that it's not worth it. Gotta stick to all organic, mostly raw, very little meat or dairy. Guest guest
I will. I've been the Total Nutrition since Christmas and I'm making the Total Tonic now. I'll probably get the Cleanse formulas directly from Doc so I don't have to look for all the ingredients and wait for them to arrive. It seems a little involved, but I want to do the consult with Doc before I start. herbal remedies , " Kelli Bever " <kelli@c...> wrote: > > Hi Karen, Yes, I did change radically! LOL! Guest guest
Has he ever fasted before? Suggest a fast from food, but to drink some teas and water just to see how his body reacts. I'm hypoglycemic, but keep it under control. And, actually, the hypoglycemia is effected by what you are doing. Meditation can keep it controlled, as well as being involved in activities that you thoroughly enjoy. When I fish, I can fish for 12 hours straight with no food of any kind. I've experienced problems once or twice, but very seldom. I just become completely engrossed in watching bottom life on the river, turning over stones and looking at stuff, watching stuff. But, if hiking, I have to have food every couple of hours. Same as in working. Although I keep that controlled with the foods that I eat.
