Guest guest
I am on my way with a 30+ day juice fast. I just finished a 4 day trial juice fast and felt great. But during this fast I didn't use a colon cleanser and am wondering if I should use one during this one. Honestly the idea of using one is appalling and I am very hesitant about using an eneima. Does anyone know of the benefits of using one during fasting and could maybe tell me the correct way to go about using one? I realize that this is a sick subject but any help would be terrific. Thanks.
Guest guest
Hi Rebecca, Here are a couple links to some sites that have very good information and products related to the use of enemas while fasting. The use of enemas while fasting provide important assistance in keeping the digestive system moving as your body makes progress in cleansing itself of toxins. As your fast progresses you will find you need to do enemas less frequently than you did in the early stages... http://www.circle-of-life.net/colonicdetails.html http://www.healthandyoga.com/html/clean/enema.html Best, TimRebecca <johnnybliittered wrote: I am on my way with a 30+ day juice fast.
