Guest guest
Tim, thanks for the article about the 76 yr old faster in LA. 18 days in all that heat too with only 1.5 gals. I started day 9 of my fast today and I have had an average of a gallon of water a day. I am feeling good and planning to fast today and tomorrow and start on oranges on Wednesday morning. though my weight is down almost 10 lbs I still have lots of energy. This is my longest fast to date. I look forward to the day when I can do a fast in a relaxing atmosphere. I would love to go to Hippocrates Inst for 2 weeks or one of the Natural Hygiene retreats. Guest guest
Jann... So good to hear that your fast ended well! I once spent a month at the Hippocrates Health Institute in Boston. It was a wonderful experience... The more pure you are when you go, the more enriching your time there will be... Guest guest
The Hippocrates Health Institute is mainly about promoting raw foods and fasting as a lifestyle. It is no longer in Boston. It is now in Florida... Halleujah Acres has a similar focus. They are at hacres.com TimAntwan Penn <esiasemanuel wrote: whats is the Hippocrates Health Institute in Boston about?Tim Campbell <timcall wrote: Jann... So good to hear that your fast ended well!
