Day 3 of 3

Good morning,

 

I hope you are all well. I am on day 3 of my 3 day

fast and feel great. I really do wish I could extend

the fast, but know that I can't with my upcoming

hiking trip.

I wish that I had prepared or had time to prepare raw

dehydrated foods to take along instead of the

commercially package foods that we have.

 

This morning I took a 2 hour walk with my friend who

is training to walk/run a marathon. She is doing it

for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She is very

dedicated to raise the $3700 that she has pledged, but

is having trouble raising the money. She has written

to all of her friends, family and business contact.

She has held a huge garage sale, a manicure & pedicure

party & is having bake sales. I am going to ask for

your help to help her help those who suffer with

Leukemia and Lymphoma. Won't you please help by

sending a 100% tax-dedectible donation to the L & L
