Day 25

Hi All,

 

I've just been taking cat naps about every 3 hours or so. I'm cold

less now and I only get chills once in a great while now. I don't

have to much else to report other than I think my tongue is clearing

up and think the fast will be over in a few days.

 

You know, always at this point of a long fast, I feel a strong sense

of desolation.

I hear you Nakota! "Desolation" is a great word to describe what we feel. I remember it was exactly 25 days into my February fast I felt just like that .

 

How much longer are you going? Hope you journaled all this. I'm sorry I didn't, next time.

See, I knew y'all would understand that feeling.

 

I usually fast until I get hungry and it is usually 30 days give or

take a few days. Then I break the fast excruciatingly slow, about 2

weeks.

 

Yes, I am a journaling fool when I fast. I always like to go back and

read about my experience.

How long did you fast for in February?

 

28 days. February 1 - 28. This year I may go longer IF I'm not working at the local ski resort. It's too cold and too weird to be around that many sick people everyday to even think about fasting.
