****I totally agree. I've often wondered if there would be a time

when I could fast with no discomfort at all but I think now that it

will probably never happen. I've come to realize that alot of the

toxins in our bodies come from our environment and that cannot be

helped so there will always be some discomfort.

 

 

I strongly urge you to come out of the fast really gently so

****Oh yeah, it normally takes me at least 2 weeks to come out of a 30

day fast, if I do it any faster I will be violently ill.

agree that fasts don't have to be long to be effective.

****Oh wow, you're a brave man!! I'd be hurtin' badly to come into or

out of a fast like that. Oh yeah, my very first fast I tried to break

it with nachos because I was having one fierce craving for those the

whole time.....paid for it too!
