And on the same page they promote a Hypnosis CD as well??? I'm a little sceptical of its value.

On the other hand, Doc Christopher's School of Natural Healing produced a free CD a while back that IS invaluable. I'd recommend going to their site for Old Doc's version. There is an old saying that you get what you pay for, but Doc Christopher's tape is an exception. It has nothing but the facts - all the facts and to date, I've discovered no false, misleading or medical influence in it. It's the best in my books.
