Therefore, I suggest the following:Good deep breathingLots of purified waterColonics or good thorough enemasSkin brushingSteam baths to really work up a good sweatFull body massages to get the lymphatics pumping like crazySo many of us go on these detoxes which are great to free up those fixed toxins in the tissues and then pay little mind to getting them out of the body.
