Guest guest
Was curious about the b/c pill and fbd. I was diagnosed with that years ago ON the bc pill. Going off made it better, but quitting meat, milk, eggs, coffee, chocolate and cooked foods did away with all lumps, bumps, and hot flashes. Guest guest
I was diagnosed off of the pill, and had terrible pain and lumps. I've been a vegetarian for 20 years and don't do much dairy, eggs, coffee or chocolate. The weird thing is, when it was it's worst, I was eating really well, and I exercise regularly. It got to the point that I couldn't really exercise because of the pain, and have had 2 needle aspirations on 2 large lumps. The pill, so far has been the only thing that has helped. I'm definitely into looking into alternatives though. On May 18, 2005, at 5:09 PM, Shari Viger wrote: > Was curious about the b/c pill and fbd. I was diagnosed with that > years ago ON the bc pill. Guest guest
Do you have endometriosis? I've had that but it's not so bad now. When I was taking the pill was when the bad pain and symptoms showed up. I had surgery for it in 1996. Personally I think the pill is terrible but I've met people who say it's helped them. Maybe it hsa something to do with our individual chemistry. I know one thing for sure, fasting agrees with me. I fast one day a week and feel better that day than the other 6. . Today I'm fasting. I feel so awake and energized. I'm trying to go completely vegan but dairy is hard to give up. Moni , Nicole Quoss <quossnr> wrote: > I was diagnosed off of the pill, and had terrible pain and lumps.
