Hi, I'm new to this group, and new to fasting. I'm gearing up for my first fast,

and I have a

couple of questions that I can't really find in the readings that I've done.

 

1. I have a juiceman juicer. It has a screen filter in it. Would I need to

strain my juice when

using a juicer like this?

 

2. Does anyone know if fasting will affect the birth control pill, and can I

continue to take

the pill while fasting?

 

I would appreciate anyone's advice.
