Guest guest
The problem with maple sugar is it raises blood sugar levels and feeds Candida. I discovered something online called Lucuma powder; it’s apparently low glycemic and comes from a fruit. Has anyone tried it? Also Yacon powder and mesquite. One can get these online. Guest guest
Actually a lot more people than one would assume have Candida. Gabriel Cousens has done tests on hundreds of people’s blood and found the presence of yeast. He recommends a very strict low-glycemic diet for just about everyone. I wish I had the willpower to do it! On Behalf Of lynnzy Wednesday, January 20, 2010 11:18 AM Re: Re: Sugars I don't think that everyone has Candida... do they? Guest guest
I have seen thousands of clients from all over North America and I have not seen one(1) that did not have a candida over growth of some kind. I have made my book available to this group and after reading it you will know what I am talking about. In todays world there are over 2,500 physical ailments of a candida overgrowth. Guest guest
HI! Yes, we lived in Patagonia, about an hour south of Tucson. A wonderful place. We miss it a lot. I loved the desert, but it didn't like me. I was really healthy in Costa Rica, so after suffering in Arizona now we're in Florida. My allergies are a little better here. But we miss Arizona. And Gabriel's place had the BEST food! The first time I went there, I loaded up my plate like I would in any resturant, and couldn't eat even half of it. Plus, we were full ALL DAY. Wish I could eat raw all the time. Its not easy though. ameliagerlach 1/20/2010 3:41:47 PM RE: Re: Sugars Wow, how cool! Did you live in Arizona? Guest guest
That’s one of my dreams…to visit The Tree of Life, Gabriel Cousen’s place and learn how to “un-cook†like that and eat that healthily! It is hard to do on one’s own, without having the expertise and knowledge. I think he has a home study course; I’m going to check that out. I do have his recipe book. Guest guest
It is not a natural compound it is actually an alcohol made from genetically modified and pesticide laden corn from China.I would not ingest the stuff! The long term effect in the human body is neurological, hormonal and electrical damage.
