Guest guest Posted January 7, 2010 Report Share Posted January 7, 2010 Hello Everyone~! Hope you are all doing well. Before the holidays I lost close to 14 pounds and then I think I put back on 8! It seemed there was chocolate all around me. Plus I didn't work out. (I had started working out three times a week two months ago.) So I am struggling to get back into the swing of things. While I was losing weight, I was eating whole grain tortillas with hummus, onions, and lettuce, and turkey- things like that. The ellypticals at the YMCA have tvs attached. For breakfast today, I had a homemade granola of nuts and fruits (yummy!) and some carrot/apple/kale juice. For lunch, I’m having rice cakes with almond butter and a green smoothie of spinach and bananas. For dinner, I’m having black beans, sweet potato and steamed veggies.
