I hope everyone has a happy and healthy holiday season and a wonderful 2010. I have been doing better, feeling better, etc. I have lost ten pounds, I work out on the elyptical 3 times a week for a half hour. Let's get to posting! Please post what foods work for you and what doesn't, supplements too! I have been trying to avoid cheese, wheat, sugar, and vinegar. Eating lots of yogurt, etc.

Again, have a great 2010! Love and peace, Kel

That is so great, Kel! This is my diet now (at least most of the

time, I’ll be better after the holidays!):

No sugars (only use Xylitol or Stevia); only whole wheat

grains, in moderation; bread without yeast; unlimited meats, eggs, vegetables

(except potato or corn); no dairy, except butter, cream or plain yogurt; no

fruits (except avocado, tomato, grapefruit, green apples, lemon, berries).

Holiday Blessings and best wishes for 2010,

Amelia

I know, I come home and there is chocolate fudge on the table! It's really hard to avoid this food at the holidays, but I actually lost weight over thanksgiving because I was exercising. I had no idea I could work out for thirty minutes. Who knew?
