Guest guest
Hi Aimee, what probiotic have you been taking? Started out with seasonal allergies all my life and then about 5 years ago became year round. When I worked at the scrapbook store I was miserable. Certain papers and dyes set me off and my eyes water so badly people think I am crying. I quit in August and since September my eyes haven’t watered. I am on Zyrtec year round and was on Nasonex but took myself off it. I have a touchy tummy as well, but started taking probiotics about 2 weeks ago and have seen a difference. Hi! Glad to see you are all posting messages. Kathy, could you share what worked with your diet and improvement of your illnesses? Many people find improvement by eliminating both foods that they are allergic to and that feed candida. And upping the foods that alkalize your body as in the Gerson therapy. Carla, did you say you had improved your epilepsy? I have a friend who's son is an epileptic. We are looking at diets to help his son including the one on Debbie's website at www.naturallythrivi ng.com It's an anticandida diet, lots of meat and veggies. Aimee, I think the cure to skin ailments which are most likely immune-related is the same for other illnesses, go as natural and unprocessed as possible, find out your major allergens (mine are wheat, milk, tomatoes, and vinegar), and slow down on sugar and simple carbs. Allergies are not just sneezes and itchy eyes, allergies are skin conditions, bowel conditions, psychiatric conditions, arthritis... your immune system is everywhere. Guest guest
I’ve been taking Nature’s Way Primadophilus Optima. I got it at the health food store when I went to get something else. It was way expensive and I’d like to find something a little cheaper!!! Guest guest
You can get 60 caps of this product for $37.83 at www.mothernature.com. That may be cheaper than your local health store.
