Amelia,

Another list I am on they talk about coconut oil. Do you use it

to cook with or what?

Would it hurt to start taking a vit D supplement?

You’re probably Vitamin D deficient. I would ask your doctor to

give you the 25-Hydroxy test, the only accurate one. Coconut oil is also good

for Rosacea.

Any ideas for help with Rosacea? I have

acne with it, too, but as long as I am taking Doxycyclene the acne is OK. I’ve

been to my regular Dr and to a Derm and all they want to give me are creams,

which are extremely expensive, and may or may not work. I tried Diffirin cream

and that just made my skin slide off. When I went to the Derm she wanted me to

buy 3 other creams, which I just couldn’t afford, and said she didn’t have

samples. I could use a little help!! :o)

From my point of view rosacea and allergies are connected. The allergies are a precurser to rosacea. Both conditions are from an imbalance in the microorganisms and in the digestive tract and the lack of availible amino acids and a severe mineral deficiency.
