Hair Loss SolutionOnce upon a time it did not seem to matter what I was doing, my hair was falling. During this time, there was a considerable amount of stress. Hair loss is how my body was reacting to the circumstances. Then finally coming to terms the ridiculous hair loss returned to an average loss (approx. 100 strands a day).Hair loss may be different for others it could be ones thyroid, improper nutrition, anemia, stress, alopecia, constipation, medications, allergies etc. Regardless of what ails one, one needs to signify the basic principles for the whole body;"Cleanse, Nourish and Let thy body heal thyself" When hair loss is a problem, the scalp needs cleansing, nourishment and healing. I call this method the "Moo-Moo Massage" rather than the Cow Massage, only because it sounds better, don't you agree? The three oils to use and in this order, and massage in a clockwise direction: Castor Oil (Cleansing oil) 2 nights massage into the scalpOlive Oil (Nourishing oil) 2 nights massage into the scalpWheat Germ Oil (Healing oil) 2 nights massage into the scalp How to apply: Part hair into small sectionsSaturate a cotton ball with oil or use your fingersMassage the oil into your scalp with your fingersCover Your Hair (note: Make sure you don't care about your sheets when trying this procedure)Leave-in overnight Shampoo out the next morningOn the seventh day, give it a break and also try giving your body a break. Consume all liquids(water, juice, herbal teas)Resume the following week. Give it a Bahm! Add several drops or more of CayennePower tincture into the oil as this would create more circulation.
