Yes, taking any vitamin orally is out of the natural order! Vitamins are to be synthisised by the microorganism in our digestive tract from the food we eat.In my new book you can read about. We need over 700 different strains of microorganisms in our digestive tract to achieve, what I call health.Headaches are an alarm that you have an imbalance somewhere and to get your attention so you can change. I would need about a half an hour with you on the phone to get a picture of your state of health to help show you a direction that works for all of my clients.Lupus is one of the 2,500 symptoms of this gut imbalance. The body will correct itself fairly easy, but you have to feed the body what it need to change. I have had several clients come to

me with with Lupus and now they do not have Lupus.Wil Spencer VMSP, Naturopath"ameliagerlach" <ameliagerlach Sent: Thu, October 15, 2009 8:39:13 AM Vitamin D3 and migraines
