I have great respect for what you did for yourself and how you would like to help other people. You show the people who are getting stomach stapling that it is possible. With me, though, money is an issue, as well as the fact that I don't want to eat so much meat. I think that when I don't eat enough carbs, the candida dies off and I feel awful, so it is a fine line I walk, trying to avoid spiking my blood sugar but avoiding getting sick from the die-off. I found pau d' arco so I'll be drinking that. Thanks for the advice about making your meals for the day in the morning. I need to do that because I work with a different person every day and I am tempted by much food in this community. Thanks for joining my group! It has been a quiet one for months now. I went to the doctor hoping he could run some tests on me and find out what was wrong with me. I thought maybe I had a thyroid issue or something. He said the only thing he could offer me was weight loss surgery. I would recommend you take things slowly and just slowly replace what you are eating with healthier foods so you avoid die-off. You definitely want to avoid pau d'arco or any antifungals or probiotics. Just the diet alone will cause die-off so you want to just start with diet, and work from there.
