Guest guest
Hi Amelia! Hi all, I am going off-line until October. I hope you guys perk up and start conversations, etc while I'm gone. Feel free to post any health related articles. If you are promoting something you think will help people, make it simple and offer it only once every few months please. I will check my emails once a week elsewhere.Amelia, my friend who smokes and drinks pepsi like water had a heart attack. He was only 40. He has a stent implanted (the pain went away immediately) and is trying to change his life. As my 39th birthday approaches I am more determined than ever to make a difference in my health. There is no way I won't be juicing while I am "gone". Best wishes to all, and if anyone wants to call me my phone number is 814 720-0946. If anyone would like to keep snail mail correspondence (a lost art) I would love that!!!!!!! Surprise me! My address is:Kelly WortkoetterP.O. Guest guest
Hi, Kel and everyone! Kel, my juicing buddy, I was just thinking of you this morning! I’ve been drinking 2 glasses of carrot juice (organic but store-bought!)…better than nothing, right? Once my kids go back to college, I’ll have more time and juice “from scratch”. I wanted to recommend a book not only to those who have lupus but to anyone who wants to be healthier: “The Lupus Recovery Diet” by Jill Harrington. In fact, she also has a website: http://www.lupusrecoverydiet.com/discoid.htm The diet is easier to follow than the Gerson Diet, but is also very effective. It is similar to Gerson in many ways, just not as intense. The book even has recipes. In health, Amelia Kel, have a good couple of months. I may surprise you! On Behalf Of Kelly W. Guest guest
Hi all, I had this e-book ( unfortunately when my computer crashed it delete everything ). It's an amazing book, based on Jill Herrington personal experience lived with lupus but she's free now. I also received her monthly newsletter including new recipe etc. It's worth to try. Cheers, Jozefina. --- Amelia Gerlach <ameliagerlach wrote: > Hi, Kel and everyone! > > Kel, my juicing buddy, I was just thinking of you > this morning!
