Guest guest
Hi, Kel and everyone. Well, I am not doing too well lately…lots of migraines, joint pains, fatigue, depression, you name it. So, I’m going to try and do the Gerson therapy again. The trick is I don’t have the time or energy to juice much, but I’m going to try to do 4 juices a day. Even that seems like a lot. How have you been? Take care, Amelia On Behalf Of Kelly W. Saturday, July 14, 2007 4:53 PM Speak up! We have so many people now it would be great if we could have some posters especially those who are currently fighting candida or who have made strides in this area. Please share the things that have worked for you. Amelia and Renee how are you? Kel
Guest guest
Amelia, Have you considered you may be suffering from a sugar alergy? It causes headaches, joint pain and depression and fatigue. Try staying off it completely for 2 weeks and see if it may help. Brenda - Amelia Gerlach Saturday, July 14, 2007 7:26 PM RE: Speak up! Hi, Kel and everyone. Guest guest
I will try to do two to four juices a day Amelia. So I'll be your juicing buddy. I am doing okay. I have a new job as a TSS. I don't know if you are familiar with TSS's but they help children in school and at home one on one with behaviors. Many children have adhd and other disorders.I'm going to start out slowly with two juices per day. I generally do carrot and spinach and I got quite a scare when the contaminated spinach hurt and killed people last year.Kel

Guest guest
Thanks for the support. I don’t really eat sugar, except in fruit. I think a lot of my symptoms are from the lupus. Kel, I like the idea of being juice buddies. This week, I won’t be able to because I’m going to Atlanta to visit my sister, but as soon as I get back, watch out! We’ll start with 2, ok? Guest guest
Hello, I'm new to the group. I follow an anti-candida diet and have made a lot of progress in this area. I have reveresed pre-diabetes, lost 144 pounds, lowered BP and cholesterol to low-normal levels, gotten rid of my brain fog and even have seen a huge improvement in my ADD which I've had all my life. I still have a small amount of healing left to do but I do feel that I am on the tail end of this. I've done it mostly through diet but I do take natural antifungals and probiotics. Luv, Debby San Jose, CA 144 pounds lost! Find out about the diet that helped me: Group: http://health.curingcandida/ Website: http://www.naturallythriving.com Studying nutrition for 12 years.
