Welcome to all the new members!I am the owner of the group, Kelly. I am 38, live in PA. I have been experimenting with diets and researching natural healing for a few years now.The group has been quiet but I hope some of you will step up and let us know how you are doing... I have been working at my new job, trying to lose weight, writing my book of poems, painting a frog painting for the fair here. I will try to post more articles. Hope to hear from you! Kelly

Hi Kel,

 

It's been a while haven't hear from the others,

hopefully they're doing fine as for myself here in

Edmonton is doing great. We have a nice summer here,

only had couple of very hot days, today seems going to

have a rain and temp only around 20 C ( I don't know

what in Fahrenheit ).

 

My lupus is still quiet and am feeling better and

better, tomorrow I am going to see my endocrinologist

( I guess she just want to do some check up ). I had

hyperthyroid couple years ago, but everything is fine

now.
