Your post touched me. I am not sure where to begin so I will just jump in.

I came from an Irish Catholic guilt ridden space and decided that wasn't

where it was at. There was a great deal of programming there inserted in my

brain.

IMO - in my humble opinion - look to an area hypnotherapist. WHY? Because

we are different than other therapists that have you rehash your life over

and over again trying to work out your *problems* of the past. First off -

they aren't problems - they are ways to learn what doesn't work. To rehash

them brings them into your space over and over again. So after you have

made several boat and vacation home payments for these people (wow - I guess

this isn't such a humble opinion) you end up where? Feeling like you messed

up somewhere - or your parents did. I know this will sound very 12 steps

which I have not had to go through but I have been told - everyone does the

best that they can. Not to sound crass, but one must really get over it it.

Forgive and accept the past and realize it is there for you to learn. There

are no mistakes only experiments and experiments NEVER fail - they may

realize different results than you wanted but they don't fail as you learn

by them.

Hypnotherapy is different than psychotherapy. We don't rehash. We accept

stuff happened - can't change the happenings but the perception can change.

Also past is past - move on - what do you want to experience in life, what

do you want? Go for it. Condition yourself to get it. Let the negativity

of the past drop away and grasp onto the possibilities. I know it sounds

simple - and it is simple. It does not have to be long and drawn out or

complicated.

Losing people to suicide can be devastating. Losing people any way can be

so. You can be in love and get dumped. You can lose a parent or spouse to

death. It is your holding on to the sadness of it all that causes you great

angst. In some cases it is their decision and that is what you need to

accept - it was theirs and not yours and you can hold them and their memory

in your heart. Focus on the wonderful things and not the death. In all of

it they were probably hoping you would do that for them and for yourself.

Grieving is important but also don't hold onto it so long. You are not

making yourself or them happy in the afterlife.

Good for you, Ellie! I'm sure you saw Crow's message about her positive

experience with the CPAC! You're in good company. Perhaps, after we've

known each other for a while longer, you might want to write to me offline

and tell me where in New Jersey you live. Most people have the wrong idea

about our beautiful state, thinking that it's nothing but highways and

smelly oil refineries. *We* know better, don't we?

Keep hangin' in there!

Florie

Welcome Sandy,

Congratulations on finding your healing path!

I have no personal expereince with craniosacral,

but a friend of mine swears by it.

I do believe all Healing Arts have pretty much

the same effect: they remove blocks to the free

flow of Life Force.

Which one benefits an individual most depends

partly on simple preference, and partly on

finding a therapist whose vibration agrees with

yours.

My latest passion is Emotional Freedom Technique.

I am getting quite obsessed with it.

Have you ever used it?

Hi Sandy,

Congratulations on your healing journey.

I am about to walk the journey you've been on. I am high risk for

breast cancer and am going next week for follow-up on an abnormal

mammogram. I do have the BC gene so I've been told it's not a matter

of " if " but " when. " While I am not sure if I have BC, I know that I

absolutely do not want allopathic treatment. I am still trying to find

a N.D. with whom I can establish a relationship and develop a game

plan now.

I have had CranioSacral therapy although not related to after-care.

Like you, I found it to be absolutely wonderful experience. I'm glad

it was for you as well.

Take gentle care,

Josie

Josie,

I sure hope your results are negative. It's amazing how big a role our thoughts and attitudes play in our health.

Molecules of Emotion by Candace Pert is a fantastic read, I think you'd enjoy it. Have learned so much about how our bodies

want to heal themselves. So glad to hear you are seeking out an ND. Would not recommend the poison, cut burn routine. Would

love to send you a copy of my book. If you'd like, send me your address, and I'll ship one out, free of course. The book is intended to

help people just like you....

Take gentle care of yourself,

Sandy

Dear Tamy;

How are you and your family? I've been thinking of you and Melissa,

hope to be there midsummer again. Have you been touring the archives

and learning anything of interest? I'm back online on my own

computer, maybe we will get some conversation going here again. Not

that any of us need more email, but if it serves, it is worth it!

Much love,

Ysha

ABSTRACT: Objective: To explore the effect of treating insomnia, emotional

disorder (i.e., anxiety, depression or stress), and ADHD (Attention Deficit

emotion disorder and ADHD were treated with acupuncture through two group

solve different symptoms that caused by imbalanced neurochemistry. Its

therapeutic effect is straightforward and safe with fewer side effects (a

little pain

when insert the needles). It is useful and no side effect of addiction for

Any good articles you have seen lately on Acupuncture and ?
