Guest guest
Hi everyone! I'm a new member here and would like some input on this subject. My husband has arthritis in the back of his neck that gives him awful headaches and sometimes sends a numbing feeling down his arm if he lays on that side. He has been to the dr and they didn't do anything for him. It has gotten a little worse and we don't have insurance. He takes over the counter pain med but it doesn't help much. He read up on this over the net and found that it was progressive and could lead to surgery at its worst. I would like to find out what natural ways could help with this. Western medicine is too quick to cut one open and prescribe meds with bad side effects. I would really appreciate some feedback on this. Thanks, Heather
Guest guest
Hi, Heather. Take a look at the Gerson Therapy (www.gerson.org) It has been successful curing arthritis naturally. Guest guest
I avoided a car that pulled in front of me and was hit in the rear by 3 cars. I had lots of neck pain and had C4-5 fused even though I said I would never have surgery on my neck. Also, I’ve found that neck exercises help me a lot. A physical therapist can show you how to strengthen your muscles. You might be able to google and find some exercises. I still do the exercises and get relief.
