Guest guest
Hi, that would be great. I have been having a lot of problems lately due to heavy menstrual bleeding and other signs of estrogen dominance. It seems that unless I eat only veggies, my chest enlarges terribly. I can't figure it out fully but it seems it is actually related to insulin. When my insulin gets high all sorts of weird things happen, so I am trying to keep my blood sugar balanced but for me it is hard. I can't imagine being able to keep my blood sugar balanced on the Gerson therapy.By the way, did Bolthouse farms (carrot and other juices) suffer a lot with the illness some women reported after drinking (potentially mishandled) carrot juice? Does anyone know if the women who were in a coma have gotten better? I can't find it on the internet. Amelia, I think I'm gonna need a miracle. I was just evaluated by ultrasound for fibroids and I didn't see anything, though I'm not a radiologist, so my hormones are VERY OUT OF WHACK. I'm 38. IF anyone has any suggestions let me know. Hi, as many of you may know, I have systemic lupus and have been on Gerson Therapy on and off for a while now. Well, this holiday season, my “worst self” decided to try eating a few “forbidden” things, all organic, all “healthy”, but definitely not Gerson, such as whey shakes, salmon, Celtic salt, eggs, cereals. During that time, I had more migraine headaches than I can count, all my lupus symptoms came back (joint pain, fatigue, depression, muscle aches). I kept thinking well, maybe it’s this one food, maybe this other. After much pain and frustration, I have decided that food is just not worth it! I’ll do ANYTHING to feel well and be healthy again!! So, I am happy to report that I am back on the full Gerson Therapy! Amelia

Guest guest
Thanks Dan, About the Bio Dim, isn't there a component in broccoli, cabbage, etc that lowers or blocks thyroid function? My entire body is out of whack and I have hypothyroid symptoms. I have begun taking kelp today. If I do not fix this myself I fear it can only get worse. Thanks again, KellyDan J <cavemandan30 wrote: Kel,On this page are two things that help with excess estrogen:http://yeastinfectionadvisor.com/recurringyeastinfection.htmlBioDim and I3C Indole-3-Carbinol both control estrogen. Guest guest
Kel, this week my family is here from out of town, so I won’t have time to talk or write, but I can do that the week after next. I really think that a modified version of the Gerson Therapy would benefit you immensely. Have you heard of the Hallelujah Diet (they have a website, so you can Google them). It’s a lot easier than the Gerson Therapy, but it is based on the same principles. That is really what I am trying to follow now. Take a look at it and we can talk next week if you’d like.
