Hi Pearl, These juices are specifically for the adrenals and endocrine glands: Carrot juice; Romaine Lettuce, with a small amount of kelp added; and Parsley juice (added to other juices of course) I'd probably make a batch of juice using all 3 and add some kelp. I haven't juiced romaine in my carrot/apple juice in awhile, I'll have to add that myself! Guest guest
Echinacea, Astragalus, Ginseng, are all excellent in assisting the adrenals. My Total Nutrition formula will also work wonders. One of the nice things about celery is that it is loaded with organic sodium which will help your body to get more alkaline and thusly give your body a rest. Recommend a good dose of Panther Piss as well as this'll help to level out your sodium / potassium levels. Guest guest
Those of you who juice, what juices do you like and make you feel the best? I feel great when I drink carrot juice with a little spinach juice. When I have stomach problems I put a little cabbage juice in it (strong). Welcome to the new people!
