I don't trust the drugs in drug stores. If I have inflamation in my neck.

arthritis? What would you recommend. I do have chronic fatigue and fibro

but I have to live with that.Pauline

I don't think you have to live with any chronic condition, at least I think they can get better. The best therapy I've found for ANYTHING is the Gerson therapy. I think there are a few advocates on here. I also know firsthand that flax oil is excellent for inflammation but in order to absorb it the best way you can put it in yogurt. The proteins of the yogurt bind with the fatty acids in such a way as to make them better usable in the body. They are anti-inflammatory. Omega 6 fatty acids, on the other hand, are inflammatory. Wheat and corn and sugar are inflammatory. :( It's hard to change your diet I know. But in the long run you should see your symptoms dissipate. With inflammation, your immune system is reacting to an agent which has real or imagined danger. I believe lupus is the immune system reacting to estrogen byproducts and estrogen-stimulating foods etc. as well as viruses, food allergens, and bacteria. Meat, cheese, chocolate, soy, milk, wheat, and corn actually

stimulate estrogen. Wheat, corn, and tomatoes are common allergens. There is so much you can do to help yourself. But I do know it's hard to know where to begin.Kel"pshreiman" <pshreiman wrote: I don't trust the drugs in drug stores. If I have inflamation in my neck. arthritis? What would you recommend. Hello,

Trying to get to the point without posting a novel ... regarding your

question to inflammation and what to do ...

The role of immune complexes is to attract the immune system into

an " infected area " and trigger inflammation locally in order to

facilitate the circulation of immune cells within this area. When

immune complexes are formed without an infection to combat, they

circulate in the blood and are eventually caught in a given tissue

where they trigger inflammation. If they end up in a joint, they can

trigger a form of arthritis; in the skin, lupus or other forms of skin

inflammation; in arteries, arteriosclerosis; etc.

Many health problems related to inflammation find their cause in a poor

digestive system and the circulation of free immune complexes.

Digestive enzymes eaten between meals allow for the absorption of

enzymes into the bloodstream where they can digest and break down such

undesirable particles.

When there is an injury involving brusing or tearing of tissues, blood

vessles are broken and debris accumulate at the site of injury. This

debris indirectly triggers local inflammation. Digestive enzymes will

facilitate the breakdown of this debris, optimizing tissue regeneration

and health.

So my suggestion here is to offer your body/system digestive enzymes to

assist it in clearing out the collected debris.

Visit www.rainforestsecrets.com and check out Digestazon Plus. There

are also other herbal remedies that focus on fatigue issues and overall

health and wellbeing.

Peace, Kathleen
