Trying to save my house has put me back into panic mode all of a sudden. Thank goodness for my Zavita! It's better than xanax when I start to feel the panic coming on. I am still working on this info for you, between talking to mortgage brokers and now trying to find an investor who will buy the house and sell it back to me in a year and take the $40,000 in equity in this house for their trouble! I was really hoping to get my own mortgage and keep the $40,000 to put back into my house or to buy the empty lot next door, the only thing between me and the lake! The owner's redemption period is over April 24 on the foreclosure, so this has to end soon, one way or another!I'm still here though. I haven't forgotten you.
