Guest guest
I am new to the group. For a long time I had interest in natural healing & alternative medicine. I feel there is a cure if we search for it or follow our guidance toward healing. I research for alternative healing. I experiment on different holistic medicine until I find the right one. I've had great results with a naturopathic dr., Acupuncture & a Osteopathic dr. Have a geat day. Take care. Blessings, Diane D.
Guest guest
Nice to meet you Diane, I am also interested in natural and alternative medicine. More at the moment than ever because my younger brother recently died and when we got his death certificate back the cause of death listed was amitryptiline intoxication. His death was also listed as a suicide which it definitely was not. I will go into the story more if anyone is interested but the short version is that I also had been taking this medication to help me sleep. After I found out how it can build up in your system I quit it cold turkey which was probably also not a good idea but I am through the worst of hte withdrawl symptoms now it seems and I am searching for other methods of dealing with various illnesses. I was sitting staring at the phone book just today trying to work up the nerve to call our local office who deals with accupuncutre among other forms of alternative medicine. Someone give me the nerve and the concrete reasons I need to do this instead of anyything else. SherryBoonight wrote: I am new to the group. Guest guest
I have no illnesses right now, except high cholesterol. I had been healed from a pulled wrist ligament, a mild case of hypoglycemia & ADHD by my Osteopath. During my premenopause I had a mild case of incontinence & fatigue, was healed by Acupuncture. I am taking specific vitamins to lower my high cholesterol naturally. Guest guest
Sherry what illnesses are you trying to heal. For insomnia you can take Melatonin. You can buy it at a health store or online. Guest guest
A low fat diet did not help my high cholesterol, but still stay on it. I am trying 3 natural vitamins. 2 yrs. ago it lowered it by 5 points, so I doubled the amount. But I never went back to have my cholesterol checked to see if it went down any more. I also found something new to try which helps the liver produce less cholesterol. I forgot the name of it, it was created by a Canadian company. Once I am on for a month I will have my cholesterol checked. Guest guest
If you do a total body cleanse, it will align your body on how it is meant to be and function. Your cholesterol will lower.
