Hi Amelia, I forgot about these suggestions, but this is absolutely right too! I have used Valerian in capsules, but I like to get the herb and make a tea out of it. Chamomile tea is also really good. I also grow the herb and make the tea. I like the Valerian better than melatonin because I don't get the hung over feeling. I guess it depends on the individual person because I've had people tell me they don't feel the way I do with melatonin.Blessings, ReneeRochanah Weissinger <Rochanah2000 wrote: Melatonin is great. Read some books about it. Valerian also works for a lot of people. I do not like the "zoned out" feeling it gives me.... but a lot of people like it. Chamomile tea before going to sleep (or while awake, reading a book, hoping to go to sleep) is also helpful. Right now, I'm on Trazodone, but I want to get rid of that. Do you know of anything natural? Thanks, Amelia

Renee, do you find a difference in the effect Valerian tea has as opposed to capsules?
