Guest guest
Hi Amelia, I forgot about these suggestions, but this is absolutely right too! I have used Valerian in capsules, but I like to get the herb and make a tea out of it. Chamomile tea is also really good. I also grow the herb and make the tea. I like the Valerian better than melatonin because I don't get the hung over feeling. I guess it depends on the individual person because I've had people tell me they don't feel the way I do with melatonin.Blessings, ReneeRochanah Weissinger <Rochanah2000 wrote: Melatonin is great. Read some books about it. Valerian also works for a lot of people. I do not like the "zoned out" feeling it gives me.... but a lot of people like it. Chamomile tea before going to sleep (or while awake, reading a book, hoping to go to sleep) is also helpful. Right now, I'm on Trazodone, but I want to get rid of that. Do you know of anything natural? Thanks, Amelia New Messenger with Voice. Call regular phones from your PC and save big. Guest guest
Renee, do you find a difference in the effect Valerian tea has as opposed to capsules?
