Kel, I definitely do. I also have Raynaud's; I don't know if it's related...this happens especially when I'm cold.

I don't think so, because the stuff you need is really cheaper than processed food and you can buy it in bulk at Whole Foods or a store like that.

Hi Kel, How is your blood circulation? That bluish or purple color is usually from poor circulation. Have you ever been diagnosed with Raynaud's disease? Do your fingers and toes get cold or tingly feeling or numb often? Even if you don't have Raynaud's, you should work on improving your circulation and oxygenating your blood. You already know the first thing I'm going to recommend is Vital Green! They've changed the formulation and made the best even better. And as always, if you would like to try it, you are very welcome to my 40% discount, which would make it $23.97 plus $8 shipping by standard ground UPS. I know you are financially strapped right now, like me! Do you do yoga? That is another good way to oxygenate and improve your circulation. Pilates combined with yoga would probably be benficial as well. Load your house up with green oxygen

producing plants as well. A good cardio vascular aerobic workout might help too. Mix it up. Do aerobics every other day, then yoga every other day and take Sundays off! Now let's talk about your diet! Like you, Amelia and me aren't the most diet conscious women around to begin with! Absolutely avoid all red meats, all dairy, all gluten, all animal proteins, all alcohol, all coffees, colas, caffeine and other stimulants (I know you don't smoke!), all high fat foods and limit spicy foods. Eat a high fiber diet, lots of fruits and veggies, whole grains, legumes, seeds and nuts. The juice lady, Cherie Calbom recommends increasing your intake of B complex vitamins, germanium and chlorophyl (there's that Vital Green again!). Eat lots of greens, garlic and onions or better yet, juice them. There are oxygen bars in some states where you can go and hook up to pure oxygen for awhile too. Also, I highly recommend H2O2 IV therapy. Because of the cost and insurance doesn't pay for it, I haven't been able to do that myself, but one day I am definitely going to find a way to. And lastly, you can now ask my friend, (you've all heard me talk about her and how she advised me on the nutrition that saved my life from cancer) for yourself. Dr. Silva now has 2 doctrates in nutrition and a very cool new website. It is www.drsilva.com. She has a place where you can ask her questions. If you do, tell her you know me from the site and I recommended you to her website. I don't get any brownie points or anything. I just love Dr. E. and respect her advice and opinions more than any doctor. She saved her own life with nutrition many years ago and mine too. My mom's cousin had fibromyalgia (another auto immune disease) and Raynaud's disease. In a recent email to my mom, he mentioned one

of my favorite books, "The Yeast Connection Handbook" He follows that regimen and uses virgin coconut oil and olive leaf extract. He also mentions the book "The Maker's Diet". I like that one too. He said he has suffered with yeast overgrowth or candida infection. He also mentions physiologic doses of Armour-hib and dehydroxyepiandrosterone! I don't know anything about this but he said he's down to a couple of Raynaud episodes a year compared to several daily before. Maybe Dan knows something about the physiologic doses? I am going to email my mom's cousin, who I've never met and ask him to come to . I think he would be a great asset. Rick also mentions a bread company where he gets Millet and flax breads. I assume this is for the fibromyalgia. He said go to www.samisbakery.com and you should be able to find a distributor near you. I hope some of this helps Kel. Good luck. This all looks good and I agree it sounds like poor circulation. Since the

arteries and veins are made out of collagen I would take mineral ascorbates

at 6000mgs a day. 3000mgs of lysine and proline-buy quality here or you

stomach will pay for your error. The proanthynicidians in grape seed extract

also help with the construction of collagen. So, you simply grow new

arteries and veins. This is also the " cure " if I may, for high cholesterol

and high blood pressure, the 2 precursors to heart disease. While you do

this, get some cardivascular exercise to expand the capacity of the

circulatory system.

I am not sure on the physiologic doses of what you mentioned below Renee,

but I do know yeast, is one tough customer and people do not take nearly

enough of what ever it is they are taking to get rid of it. They also have a

habit of cleansing to long before they try to restore the good bacteria.

Then , they once again do not take enough probiotics to get the job done.

Doses should be in the 30 to 60 billion range for probiotics on a daily

basis.

Hope that helps,

Dan

I knew you would have some good advice Dan! I've never heard of those physiologic doses either. Perhaps that will be the avenue that helps me get my mom's cousin to our site. I will ask him to come and explain it! I'm curious, how would the reconstruction of collagen affect aging skin? I do not look my age, but face it, I'm not getting any younger! If I can fight lines and wrinkles before they become a problem, I'm all for it! I refuse collagen or Botox injections however! I juice my grape seeds! They are a big ingredient in my Rejuvacel, that generates new healthy cell growth. The benefits of OPCs in grape seeds are almost limitless. They are great for whatever ailment one may be facing! So ladies and gentlemen - Start your Juicers!!!! Blessings, Renee Dan J <cavemandan30 wrote: This all looks good and I agree it sounds like poor circulation. Just to back up the Gerson therapy - my favorite juice lady, Cherie Calbom, mentions Dr. Max Gerson in all of her books that I have seen. I consider this an excellent testimony to his diet and therapy. Anyone who saves their own life from cancer is an excellent tesitimony! Hi Renee,

well, all the soft tissues are composed of collagen, or collagen is part of

it. Collagen is the largest protein source in the body, 90%. So, making your

own collagen would of course be good for the skin. And....as a side benefit,

cancer spreads thru the collagen matrix according to Linus Pauling and many

other doctors. So if you take the supplements that produce collagen so it is

replacing itself on a normal basis. Linus suggested it is like a teflon

shield against major diseases such as cancer. Now Linus died at 92 I think

it was with prostate cancer. However......almost all men will get prostate

cancer around 65 or 70 just as Linus did. But since he took the things that

stopped the spread of cancer, he lived another 25 yrs! Its hard to top that

isn't it??

Take care,

Dan

This is such great news Dan. I am in the highest of risk catagories for cancer now that I've had it already. If I live to be 92 though I'll be plenty happy. My grandmother passed away 2 years ago at age 92. So there is hope for me I guess! Well I'm off to get those things you mentioned that will keep me looking 34 instead of 43! (Although I've seen some 34 yr. olds that look 10 years older than me! I should be careful what I wish for!) Thanks for adding to my longevity!Blessings, ReneeDan J <cavemandan30 wrote: Hi Renee, well, all the soft tissues are composed of collagen, or collagen is part of it.
