Hi Dan, I originally posted this as a respnse to something else, but I thought I should put your name in the subject heading so you would know I was addressing you and not the post!Renee Judkins <msfitnes01 wrote: Dan? Is that you? I didn't see you on here much after I got back after 3 months. The email address is not the same but the name and the excellent advice are the same! I'm so happy to see you back here! I'm happy to see me back here too. I wouldn't mind continuing the conversation we were having via email before I fell off the face of the earth for awhile! You sent me some very interesting info that I printed and read over and over again, trying to digest it all. It's good to see you haven't gone anywhere! This is the dose all animals produce on their own from excess glucose, except for humans, primates, fruit bats, and geunie pigs. its safe and will not give you diarrhea. Ascorbic acid is commonly made with acetone and alcohol where mineral ascobates are made with water, something to think about. Personally, I would never take ascorbic acid, its cheap garbage :)Dan>>>>> > >>> Visit your group "" on the web.>>

Hi Renee,

yes its me, just changed the email addy. I am glad to see you back here

too!!

Very interesting information? I think I know what information you are

reffering to. Yes it is isn't it? Thats a basic explanation, there is more,

so much much more. I thought that maybe you thought I had flipped my lid!

Glad to see that was not the case :)

I would enjoy continuing our conversation and look forward to it.

Best Wishes,

Dan
