Hi Gina and all others,

Thank you for the information. BTW...who is Dr. Christopher? I live in Panama

City and there are NO good docs here. All they want is to put me on meds and

told me that nutrition will not help me at all. I think they are wrong. I have

already done a few things which have helped out a lot.

Gina, I would like more information from you. What kind of diet you followed,

doctors, books, etc.

Thanks to everyone on this site in helping me out. I pray that I can be of a

help to someone else as well.

Blessings,

Jaymie

it is grown from the ground how is bad for you? Dr. Christopher said if your

intolerant to something that means you need more, contd understand that either.

Now I understand. Dr Schulzes is who I have loved to follow and he always said

that you can have a fudiscle at 15 years old, turkey sandwich at 10 and it can

still be stuck in your colon and I always found that hard to believe until I did

a 37 day fast and flushes. The #2 formula grabs everything off the colon walls

then you will expel it. When i was on the fast 37 fast from day 16 to day 37 I

had 14 ft worth of black gunk come out of me (Graphic sorry) when I started

eating again I had bread items NO problem and still no problems once all that

heavy stuck stuff was UN glued from my walls my body can now absorb the

nutrients that I desperately needed. When I got off the fast I was eating bread

and I continued to heal that is when I realized how badly I

Hi Dr Christopher has passed away but his children still carry on his legacy. Go to www.herbsfirst.com Dr Schulze is the person that I love to follow www.herbdoc.com he has some newsletter on his website and his great teacher was Dr Christopher so you have that same passion for natural healing I eat a whole foods diet. Yes I have some things sometimes that I really shouldnt but my life doesnt revolve around package food like it used to. Prior MS my eating habits were chocolate, fast food, fruit and vegetable out of a can, because the fresh always molded in the refrig (so why bother) and I smoked to top that off. I had every worst habit known to man.My life was completely voided of any nutrients at all. Now to know me you would not guess all that in a million years how I use to take care of myself but diseases

doesnt just happened I earned it years of abuse. On my website I have some books and website that have been my favorites click on MY FAVORITES at www.ginakopera.com Sincerely Ginachristmas2911 wrote: Hi Gina and all others,Thank you for the information.
