Hi all, Happy New Year again. I have caught a cold from my family members. Having lupus it's a scary thing; I never know how far my immune system will go, or not go. My son and husband were very very sick with this cold so I don't know how bad it will be.I would appreciate any natural tips from you to help me fight this cold. Hurry!!!! lol.Kel

I just went thorough that with my son. What really did the trick raw garlic. For him I put it in empty capsules, myself I would just eat it. It was unbelievable within a hour of giving it to him the flushness on his face turn to normal color and his zippy personality came back with it. I also was doing Super food in capsule for him and echinecea tincture. Garlic is were I will begin next time. Gina"Kelly W." <kellykebby wrote: Hi all, Happy New Year again. Kel,

I hope you feel better soon and it won't be serious. Happy New Year to you

as well. The thing that made a difference when I had a cold that was so bad

I thought my lungs were going to give out on me was vitamin C. I took it 3

times a day (500 mg, ester-C) with meals until I felt better - about 3 days

after I started taking them. I also took garlic and would drink a cup of

white tea a night. Hope it helps.

Hi all, I'm still fighting everyday to stay out of depression. It's hard. The local news did a story yesterday about my step daughter. I wanted you guys to see it so you have some idea of what I've been going thru. And this is just the tip of the ice berg, so to speak. I couldn't email the story so I'm putting in the link.Go to: www.clickondetroit.com then under "latest headlines" click on the story called "Man living under minor's bed..."I told you I would start letting you guys in on all the chaos in my life sooner or later! Keep us all in your prayers and good thoughts, please.Blessings, Renee
