Hi Kelly,

I went to that web site that you had in your post, for mental illness

and not taking meds and i then located a place close by from that web

site, and then i ask if my insurance covers it and she said no; and

then I ask how much will it cost and she said about 11,000 dollors;

it is cause of this i end up figure this all myself; so i will

continue to do so...

that is a lot of money don't you think so?

Yes, that is a lot of money. I never looked into that

aspect of it. I wish we could secretly infiltrate

their regimens, lol, but I would guess that they

certainly include a good diet, calcium and magnesium,

vitamin bs, vitamin d (sunlight), meditations,

affirmations, perhaps cognitive behavioral therapy. I

think the major causes of bipolar illness and other

mental illnesses which are growing higher in number is

the mass produced, processed foods, msg, sugar, abused

wheat and corn (which are made of inflammatory omega 6

fatty acids), and much more like chemicals in the

foods. How I wish I had an island to renew myself. On

this list there is a wonderful person named Renee who

swears by a product I believe called Renew. I think

this might help your illness as well. Take care, Kelly

Also, if you can go to an orthomolecular doctor and they can do some tests, you can find out what deficiencies or allergies you might have. Usually, mental issues are caused by a lack of specific amino acids or vitamins or by food and other allergies. It can be as simple as that. You'll have to invest a little money on the doctor and tests, but it's worth it. If you can't find a doctor like that, you can do the tests yourself. There is a good lab that does those tests (you order them online and they send you the results-no doctor prescription required). The website is: http://www.directlabs.com/index.php

Also, read the book: "Depression Free for Life" by Dr. Gabriel Cousins. If you have any questions, please ask. Good luck, Amelia
