Guest guest
Thank you Renee. You are wonderful. I have a question. One of the reasons I am so depressed is that my vision has been blurry because on and off my eyeballs seem to get superdry and feel hard. Lights are too bright, etc. My mother, her mother, and my dad's dad had glaucoma. Could this be the beginning for me? Does or has anyone else had these eye symptoms? Thanks again, Renee
Guest guest
Kel, I was thinking that maybe since you have lupus, this dryness could be caused by Sjogren's syndrome (don't know if that's the correct spelling). I also get a lot of dryness and cannot wear contacts for that reason. You might want to get checked out for glaucoma too, though. Have a great weekend! Guest guest
Renee, I have dry eye syndrome also. I take Omega 3's and Flax Seed oil. It helps tremendously! Good luck, Carla
Guest guest
I left this out of my last post. My dad also had gloucoma. My pressure has always been ok, but my the eye doc has been watching my 20 yr old dd's for quite a few years. They said her pressure is pretty high. Im 47, and my eyes have been steadily been getting worse. I was really unhappy with my last pair of glasses. I took them back twice. My vision is very blurry. I love to read and this has become a very hard thing for me to do. I recently ordered one of those eye exercise video's. Now I just got to get the discipline to do the exercises! Guest guest
I'm sorry, Renee. Somehow I thought it was Kel who said she had the dry eyes. I know you don't have lupus, so I take back what I suggested.
