You are beautiful just the way you are, Kel!

Hi Kel,

Your first paragraph made me cry. My Melanie will

be 13 in December. Her mother was supposed to have

died 3 1/2 years ago. Of all my kids, my cancer was

hardest on her. This child you speak of could very

well have been my own daughter. Or at least she could

have been in the same situation. So give Raychel a hug

for me and tell her how very much her mother still

loves her and is watching over her and protecting her

every minute of everyday! But tell her the hug is from

me!

And knock it off with the " I'm getting old " stuff! The

summer before I was diagnosed, I kept complaining that

I was getting way too old, I would be 40 on my next

birthday. Then the doctors told me I wouldn't be

around for my 40th birthday. All of a sudden I was way

too young! Now everyday I wake up alive is a good day!

And every birthday is a celebration of my spared

life!

You are beautiful just the way you are. I know that

without ever having seen you. Your beauty shines in

your caring and thoughtful and nurturing (yourself!)

nature. I think everyone here would agree. You are

beautiful, Kel. So don't let normal life processes get

you down.

Blessings, Renee
