Guest guest
HI Amelia, Here are some of the books on ADD nutrition I mentioned earlier: The A.D.D. and A.D.H.D. Diet by Rachel Bell and Dr. Howard Peiper Enzymes for Autism and other Neurological Conditions by Karen Felice. This has a chapter on ADHD and another section on yeast. Lick the Sugar Habit by Nancy Appleton, Ph.D. I've had this book for at least 10 years and I still see it in almost every health food store I go into. There is also Dr. Feingold's "The Feingold Diet". I have the book, but found some of the other resources to work better for my son. I think I probably have more books on the subject. If I find them or when, I'll get that info to you as well. Good luck. ADD isn't easy to deal with, for the child or the parents, but it is very managable with nutrition, I believe much more so than with drugs.
