Guest guest
Hi Jane, Welcome! I have heard that the pain of fibromyalgia is bad. I'm sorry. It seems in a way similar to lupus. I think there are key enzymes missing in our diets that our body needs. They are mostly in raw veggies and fruits. When you cook veggies, they become acidic to the body. Americans are so acidic. Amelia did the Gerson Therapy and surely on it her body became more alkaline. She reported great results, was it, an 80 to 100 percent lessening of symptoms, something like that Amelia? It's a very strict regimen. But there are raw food groups who diet along the same lines. As you would find the food in the wild on a gathering adventure, lol. You would find it cold or warm or slightly steamed from the sun etc. You would find some food fermenting in the sun. And if you were starving for some reason, you would try to get fish or waterfowl, anything the earth could afford you. Water is key too, minerals are depleted in Culligan and other bottled or reverse-osmosis waters. So far, in the list of most commonly purchased bottled waters Evian leads them in the amount of magnesium and calcium (alkalin) and Aquafina is second. There are other bottled waters that are specifically high alkaline but are more expensive. Ahh, anyway, so much to think about. Kel
