This is an excellent explanation of MS,including the

benefits of a

healthy diet, the reasons why some foods are

dangerous, how long chain

carbohydrates (essential sugars) work on cell to cell

communication,

the effects of candida and toxins and much more. It's

long, but it

backs up everything I believe about this disease. It

was written by a

doctor with no affiliation to any company. He says

that glyco-

nutrients are the " science of the future " . Read it if

you get the

chance. I thought it was good to get so much

confirmation in one

place.

This Is a Very nice site, it's a shame they did not

mention in detail

about

nutrition, I firmly believe most of the symptoms of

multiple sclerosis

can be

adjusted, so they do not bother us, the key is good

nutrition,

friendly

bacteria, enzymes for digestion, and proper nutrition

to address issues

of

deficiencies.
