Guest guest
My advice is to find out which are the best absorbed. My suggestion is to find a liquid vitamin complex and make sure it has selenium. It is hard to know what to take but I hope Renee tells us a little about what she takes. I keep forgetting to look into the Renew. I am in the same boat as you Jandara, I am not sure which is the best either. I know ionic forms are better, but I'm not sure what that even means. Also a person needs vitamin D and magnesium to absorb calcium. You can get vit D from the sun. I would look into finding something that has high concentrations of mag and calc and other vitamins and minerals and juicing it...also you can get a green powder like barley green - loaded with vites and minerals. So far, the juicing makes me feel better than anything else in the world. Take care, Kel
Guest guest
Hi Jandara, I haven't been here for most of the summer. My 5 year old broke her arm. Then she started having seizures that landed her in the hospital. What you mention here is precisely why I love my First Fitness products. They are all formulated to provide the very best metabolic nutrition, to give you just the right amounts of all the vitamins, minerals, trace minerals, antioxidants, amino acids, electrolytes, etc, that you need. It takes all that guess work out of it. Unfortunately I had the cancer before I found this nutrition. But it did save my life, made my immune system so strong that not even chemo could kill it off and I am very healthy and full of energy all the time. I wish I could find a way to do an on line product presentation! Because all the nutritients and herbs are precisely measured and mixed, the products are alot less expensive than trying to buy all the vitamins and herbs and figure out how much to take of each. The products in the store don't come with testimonies from real people about their health benefits and they don't come with a 100% money back guarantee. Go to my website and check them out on the products page: www.firstfitness.com/thin4life I'm not sure what kind of supplementation you are looking for. If it is vitamins, I would recommend the product First Essentials for Women. It has virtually all of the nutrition you need to have a 120 year life span, including special nutrition for the reproductive health of women. For cancer patients, I recommend Biomega. It has over 120 nutritive factors in a cold pressed aloe vera base. It is a liquid that is quickly and easily assimilated into the bloodstream. You can feel the benefits of it within 10 minutes of drinking it, because you get a natural energy. We call it rocket fuel! Let me know exactly what you are looking for and I can make better recommendations for you. I can also offer you a discount on these already inexpensive products. Let me know how I can help!
