Guest guest
I have noticed what I eat (and don't eat) will bring RLS quicker on. I stopped all sodas and my RLS has become much more tolerable. But, I had a tea (caffeinated) at a restaurant the other night and the RLS came back with a big punch. I am going to try more Vit. E. and see what this does. I do believe that my body has a major vitamin deficiency making my body suffer more from Lupus. This is just my opinion. I am not on any meds so I know meds have not been the culprit of my RLS. I think if I stay on a good healthy diet that I will see a lot of my Lupus problem dissipate...again...my opinion. My biggest problem is will-power and knowledge of what is best for me. Sometimes I feel like I have to have a PhD in nutrition. Ugh! But, thanks to you all out there I am on a better road! Oh, BTW...I was reading more about RLS and in the readings it was found to have RLS to more of a nerve dilemma than vascular. So, basically I am getting on my own nerves. LOL:-) Blessings, Jaymie PhD wannabe in nutrition:-) ********************************** Message: 7 Mon, 20 Jun 2005 09:13:40 -0700 (PDT) Brenda Nicodemo <jacademo Re: Restless leg syndrome I sure would like some info on this too....
